In order to avoid cross-infection between pets, PAWPAWDEAR does NOT accept any forms of exchange or return.  However, if there is a defect from the manufacturer, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange for a replacement.

Including but not limited to the following examples of Not Acceptable:

  • I don't like the colour when I received the order.
  • My cat/dog doesn't like the item I purchased.
  • I picked the wrong size.
  • It's not the one I have in mind.
  • I don't like it.
  • etc.

If there's a defect from the manufacturer:

Please send an email to info@pawpawdear.com at the earliest notice of the problem, and provide the following information.

  • Photograph of the item and closeup shots of the defected part
  • Order number

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subjected to 15% restocking fee plus Return to Sender shipping fee.  Customer will be responsible for a double shipping fee if the order return to us and would request to ship out again.
