Basic Requirements:
- Must have your own pet(s) or experienced with pet(s)
- Must be friendly and patient with customers
- Must have ability to lift up to 40 lbs+
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have ability to work independently or team
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to work onsite
Experience Requirement:
- Customer service: 1 year
Language Requirements:
- Mandarin - proficient in verbal and written
- English - proficient in verbal and written
Job Duties:
- Receiving shipments from vendors and make sure inventory on track both in-store and online
- Sales - making recommendation on products
- Customer service - answer WeChat messages, emails, etc.
- Cleaning / maintenance
- Packing customer orders
- Receiving shipments from our vendors
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hours shift
- 5 days per week
