1. We are now taking pre-orders on this item which will arrive at our warehouse in approximately 3 months (would be the best case but due to Covid-19, there's no guarantees.)

2. You can cancel your pre-order within 15 calendar days of your order. Cancellation after 15 calendar days is not available and deposit is non-refundable.

3. Special offers on pre-ordered products requires the customer to select SELF PICK UP which will be at our office located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. If you would like us to ship / deliver your pre-ordered items, an extra shipping /delivery cost will applied. 

4. Please email us your address and the item you would like to order and we will let you know the approximate cost for shipping / delivery. Shipping / delivery cost will be calculated according to pre-order items and address. It will be different from our current shipping policy.

5. After the item arrives in our warehouse, pick up is required within 2 weeks of our notification. $1/day storage fee will applied if the item will be picked up later than 2 weeks.
